Short Changed

It’s finally that time where our legs can actually see day light, and for me, one of my favourite attire for summer are shorts. You get the same comfortable feeling as a pair of jeans but less coverage. I like all types of shorts, but being fortunate enough to work in an office where office attire is not necessary, this outfit is amazing for me to wear to work.

The great thing with these types of shorts is that you can adapt it to your personality and occasion.  Depending on the look you are going for, you can change your footwear to vamp it up or make it more casual. Changing what you wear on top will also allow you to do this, for a more casual look, pair it with a t-shirt and a pair of Converse or something alike or even flipflops.

For a more feminine look, a nice blouse with a wedge sandal would look really great, accessorise it with some bangles or bracelet and a nice side bag.

I personally like the combination of this light blue shirt- sleeves rolled up to give it more of a casual feel, together with some tan flat sandals and accessorize with a matching tan bag. For jewellery I would keep it simple as you can see in the picture just a watch and one or two simple bracelet. I love this outfit, it looks stylish yet simple and casual.
